JOB DESCRIPTION
What You Will Be Doing:
Responds to customer inquires regarding orders, complaints and technical problem notifications by phone.
Documents customer trouble reports in trouble ticketing system and escalates according to established standard operating procedures.
Reviews requests, contacts customers to clarify request, ensuring all necessary information is included and may route requests to the appropriate department.
What You Need for this Position :
Age maximum 25 years old.
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Customer Service/ Call Centre.
Must be familiar with client server platforms support and various system applications i.e. Zoopim.
Having excellent English communication skills and MS Office.
Execute client communications strategy to ensure service needs are met and drive continued engagement with Qraved encouraging client retention and loyalty.Hand-on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally.
High energy, enthusiasm and proactive with strong analytical thinking, problem solving and excellent communication skills.
Able to work during the weekend.
